How do I secure my booking with you?
In order to secure your date I need a signed copy of your Booking Form (e-signature is fine - let's not print things out if we don't need to) along with a 50% deposit. Once both of those have been received by me, your date is secured - exciting stuff!
We have made the difficult decision to change the date of our wedding/event, can we move our booking with you?
There are lots of reasons why you may have found yourself in a situation where you need to change the date of your wedding/event and I totally get this. So if you need to move your date for any reason, then I will transfer your deposit and booking with Pink Wellie to an alternative available date.
Please note though, that I will not offer dates that already have a wedding/event booking in. If the selection of dates given do not work for things your end and you decide to go with a date that I cannot accommodate then unfortunately a refund cannot be given.
I have to cancel completely, can I get a refund?
Depending on where we are with planning, a refund of the work not yet completed will be refunded.
Please note that this amount will be calculated by Pink Wellie.
When is final payment needed?
2 weeks prior to your event date.

Do you charge for Mileage & Accommodation?
Yes, I charge 45p a mile from TD1 on top of your quoted package price. If the location of your wedding is over 2 hours away from TD1 (by car) then an accommodation cost will also be added.
